SHIPPING

Q. When my order will be shipped?
All orders placed and paid will be shipped on the next business day. (We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. They do not count as business days.)

 

Q. How long it takes for my order to be delivered?
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post;
Normal Post option can take up to 10 business days.
Parcel Post option can take up to 8 Business days depending on your location.
Express Post option deliveries can take up to 3 Business days. 

 

Q. When I will receive my order if the item I order is not in stock?
If you have placed an order and the item is not in stock with us, It will take about a week longer than estimated delivery time for you to receive it.

 

Q. Can I pick up my order?
We don't offer pick up service. If you need your order urgently, please use Express post option to get your items in 2-3 business days. If you are in Melbourne, it normally takes 2-3 days, even with normal delivery.

RETURNS

Q. The item I received is faulty/damaged or not working, What can be done?
All the items have 1 year warranty on them, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you are having any problems with the item you purchased or it arrived damage or faulty, Please contact us Here and let us know which item, date of purchase and the fault with the item. (PLEASE NOTE: If the item arrived damaged, please let us know with in 14 days from the date of the receipt, otherwise it won't be covered under warranty.)

 

Q. I no longer need the item I ordered and want to return it. How can I do it?
Please contact us Here with in 14 days from the date of the receipt and let us know which item and the date of purchase. (PLEASE NOTE: You must return all the items at your own expense.)
